Launching DCG Training (Adobe Flash Update)

January 5, 2020

Announcement: The Department of Contracts and Grants (DCG) has three major training programs aimed at research administrators and faculty:

  • Grants Management Training for Faculty
  • Grants Management Training for Staff
  • The Cardinal & Gold Curriculum

All three of these programs have traditionally utilized Adobe Flash for their development and playback. Recently, browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge have begun to phase out the use of Adobe Flash and, as a result, DCG is re-versioning all three of the above training programs to utilize a more user-friendly and browser-compatible platform.

Over the next month, DCG’s training programs will be updated to retire Adobe Flash. In the meantime, please utilize the attached directions in order to properly enable Adobe Flash on your browser and subsequently launch our courses.

Questions? If you have any questions, please contact Noah Congelliere in the Department of Contracts and Grants.
