Revision of NSF Cooperative Agreement Financial and Administrative Terms and Conditions (CAFATC)
Update: The National Science Foundation (NSF) Cooperative Agreement Financial and Administrative Terms and Conditions (CA-FATC) have been updated with additional information regarding NSF’s enforcement of Article 56, Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols. The revised CA-FATC will apply to all new NSF cooperative agreements and funding amendments to existing cooperative agreements made on or after December 13, 2021.
