Grants Management Dashboards for Principal Investigators and Research Administrators (Workday)

February 10, 2025

The Department of Contracts and Grants (DCG) is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new feature in Workday’s Grants Management Dashboards – designed specifically for Principal Investigators (PIs) and Research Administrators (RAs). This powerful tool is now live and ready to streamline your grant management experience.

What’s New:

Once logged into the dashboard, users can simply navigate to the “Cayuse” tab to access detailed reports on upcoming due dates. This new dashboard also centralizes key functions into a single location, providing one-stop access to:

  • Final reports (due by individual award).
  • Quick links to essential resources including:
    • Final Report Submission Portal
    • DCG Award Closeout Overview
    • DCG Directory

Key Features:

  • Comprehensive View: Easily track final reports due for individual awards or across all awards.
  • Customizable Views: Research Administrators can filter reports by sponsor type, cost center, or PI.
  • Enhanced Access: Quick and easy navigation to related resources, such as the Final Report Submission Portal.

This update will greatly improve visibility and help you stay on top of your final reporting obligations with sponsors, making grant management more efficient than ever before.

For further details, refer to the current guide, which outlines the purpose, access roles, and specific report contents.
