Closing Proposals in Cayuse SP

Reminder: The Department of Contracts and Grants (DCG) has the ability to close erroneously created proposals in Cayuse SP. If you find that you have created a proposal record in error, please reach out to your DCG Officer for assistance.

Your DCG Officer will:

  1. Change the Proposal Status to “Closed”.
  2. Enter the reason for the closure.
  3. Upload any closing documentation to the Proposal Record.
  4. The associated Project will also be closed if the proposal is not related to an existing award.

This action will transfer the proposal record from its current area on the SP Dashboard (i.e. In Development, Under Review etc.) to Closed, where it will reside in perpetuity.

Questions? Please reach out to your DCG Officer or feel free to post your question in our DCG Slack Channel.
