Reminder: Each year, NASA awards more than $3 billion in Federal financial assistance to hundreds of recipient institutions. NASA is committed to promoting safe, productive research and education environments for current and future scientists and engineers. To this end, on April 9, 2020, NASA instituted the Reporting Requirements Regarding Findings of Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Other Forms of Harassment, or Sexual Assault term and condition following publication in the Federal Register (85 FR 13934). A copy of this Federal Register publication is attached.
NASA award recipients are reminded that they are required to report to NASA:

Such reports must be submitted to NASA within ten (10) business days from the date of the finding/determination, the date of the PI or Co-I’s placement on administrative leave by the recipient, or the imposition of an administrative action. Recipients agree to insert the substance of this term and condition into any subaward/subcontract involving a Co-I, and are responsible for ensuring that all reports, including those related to Co-Is, comply with this term and condition.
