USC’s Office of Research has been coordinating a USC-led proposal that involves 50+ organizations in response to the NSF Engines Program. The sole submission slot for USC has been awarded to this team.
Given NSF restricts the number of LOI and full proposals submitted in response to the Opportunity, no other LOI or full proposal (Type 1 or Type 2) may be submitted with USC as the lead institution. Therefore, please note that USC is not authorizing submission of a USC-led Type-1 LOI or full proposal or another Type-2 proposal in response to this BAA. The Type-2 proposal slot has been awarded and will be the only USC-led effort in response to this BAA.
