Announcement: Today at 5pm, Cayuse 424 will convert Organizational Unit Codes to Workday Cost Centers. The update is in response to the implementation of Workday Financials and conversion to Cost Centers.
Please Note: This change will not impact proposals already under development and/or in route.
What Will Be Different?
When users look up their Person Profile in Cayuse 424, they will notice:
- An update to the Department and Division codes they are associated with.
- An update to the Department and/or Division name they are associated with (if the Department and/or Division name was changed during the Workday implementation).

How to Look Up Your Person Profile
To look up your Person Profile in Cayuse 424:
- Login to Cayuse 424
- Click “People”
- Enter Your Name and Click “Search”
- Open Your Person Profile
- Click “Dept / Division / Title”
