Announcement: In preparation for the migration of proposal records from Kuali Coeus (KC) to Cayuse SP, all non-routed proposal development documents that were created from January 1, 2014, to April 30, 2021, will be voided in KC between June 1 – June 4, 2021. “Non-routed” proposals are proposal development documents in a saved or in-progress state that have not been routed for review. This data cleanup will help mitigate congestion on the SP Dashboard and allow for a clearer and more concise library of proposal records within the new system.
Any proposal development documents created in KC on or after May 1, 2021, will be reviewed, and discussed with the appropriate unit prior to Cayuse SP go-live.
