Announcement: To support the transition to Cayuse SP, the Department of Contracts and Grants is excited to announce the release of our Cayuse SP Resources webpage. Here we will offer a series of Pre-Award training resources, including detailed guides of each area of Cayuse SP and short 3–5-minute training videos on the various sections of the proposal record.
Some of the detailed guides include:
- Reviewing Your Cayuse SP Profile
- Understanding the Cayuse SP Dashboard
- Creating a Proposal Record
- Routing a Proposal Record
- Certifying a Proposal Record (PIs/Co-PIs)
- Approving a Proposal Record
The goal of the new webpage is to familiarize proposal preparers and approvers with the basics of developing each section of the proposal record and understanding the overall proposal routing workflow. In addition to web guidance, detailed video walkthroughs are also available for the majority of topics covered.
As we get closer to July 1st, additional sections of the Cayuse SP Resources webpage will be developed, along with a Post-Award section dedicated to award records. Some of the webpages may be updated to reflect system changes/enhancements prior to go-live. DCG will be communicating additional resources and implementation updates so be sure to keep an eye out for these important communications
