Announcement: Please see the below important message from the IMAGINE Team regarding the Cayuse SP implementation. After a thoughtful and thorough review of the schedule, the implementation is being postponed until after the Workday Financial Management go-live. The team is working hard to finalize an updated implementation schedule. Rest assured, as a new schedule is being finalized, the team is continuing work on a smooth transition from KC to Cayuse SP.
Dear IMAGINE Stakeholders:
Firstly, we want to extend our sincere appreciation for your ongoing support of the IMAGINE Finance Transformation, which includes the replacement of Kuali Coeus (KC) with Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP). Your contributions and commitment are the key to our success for this important initiative.
A decision has been made to postpone the implementation of Cayuse SP until after the
Workday Financial Management go-live. This change is an effort to be mindful of key grant proposal submission dates taking place July 1 – 5, 2021, and to complete necessary testing.
As a result, Kuali Coeus (KC) will remain the system of record for extramurally funded proposals and awards until further notice. No disruption of KC services is planned during the Workday Financial Management go-live period taking place July 1 – 6, 2021. The IMAGINE team is focused on ensuring KC and Workday Financial Management work together seamlessly.
Further communication will be sent once the updated Cayuse SP implementation schedule is finalized. Again, we appreciate your understanding and continued support as we move forward with the Workday Financial Management go-live. We are here to support you and want to ensure a successful go-live.
