Announcement: We are aware that some users may have been experiencing intermittent issues with logging into Cayuse SP. The root cause was determined to be server upgrades that incorporated a new version of Shibboleth, while the old servers remained in the available server pool. The different configurations between the servers resulted in intermittent login errors dependent on what server was being hit when logging in. The configuration format has been updated and login has been validated and tested with no further reported issues.
