NASA SciENcv Forms Now Available (Required Beginning September 1, 2026)

July 1, 2026

NASA has announced that the Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv) is now live for creating NASA Biosketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support disclosure forms.

What You Need to Know:
NASA launched its new SciENcv-generated Biosketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support forms on June 25, 2026. Through August 31, 2026, investigators may submit either the current Microsoft Word fillable forms or the new SciENcv-generated forms. Beginning September 1, 2026, however, all NASA grant and cooperative agreement proposals must include the NASA-specific forms generated through SciENcv, as Word-based forms will no longer be accepted.

Creating NASA SciENcv Forms:
To create the required forms:

  1. Log in to SciENcv through My NCBI.

  2. Select Create a New CV.

  3. Choose New Document.

Select either:

  • NASA Biosketch, or
  • NASA Current and Pending (Other) Support.
