We are writing to inform all effort reviewers of an issue that occurred over the weekend in the Workday Effort system. A population of approximately 550 effort documents were inadvertently automatically certified.
The effort certification team has identified the impacted population and is working on rectifying those documents and research administrators affected.
As we work to resolve this situation, those reviewers affected may see effort documents appear in their Workday Inbox.
If there were initially no changes to the ECD(s), then please simply resubmit so they advance to the Certifier for review and approval.
If, however you had made costed changes to the ECD, our office will be contacting directly you with further instructions.
