Please see the below update from the Office of Financial Analysis (OFA) regarding recent changes:

Dear Colleagues,

As part of USC’s broader Reduction in Force initiative, I want to share key updates from the Office of Financial Analysis (OFA) that will affect our service levels and communication protocols moving forward.

🔍 Audit Requests
Please continue to send all audit-related inquiries to ofa@usc.edu. A team member will be assigned accordingly.

🔁 Recharge Centers
For recharge center questions or new recharge center requests, for the immediate future, please email me directly at andres.chan@usc.edu.

📄 Effort Certification (eCert)
Since there have been changes to our team, please direct all eCert-related questions to ecert@usc.edu. If you previously contacted one of our team members directly with an eCert related request, kindly forward your request to the eCert inbox.

⏳ Current Open Period
Business will proceed as usual, though you may experience minor delays as we adjust to new workflows. We remain committed to ensuring a compliant reporting period.

📅 Future Periods
We will be reviewing our operating model and may implement changes to align with our new capacity. Any updates will be communicated in advance to allow for necessary adjustments on your end.
