  • Having a faculty appointment
  • Staff

You must obtain prior approval from your Department Chair (the approval should be sent directly from the Department Chair to: contracts@usc.edu) if you are listed in a current USC directory as

  • Instructor
  • Visiting Professor
  • Adjunct Professor
  • Professor Emeritus
  • Student
  • Staff (requesting a PI designation)
 

To register for NIH Commons, fill out and submit the form below. For a Principal Investigator (PI) with current or pending NIH support, please provide as much of the optional data as possible to enable the NIH to associate the new account to the PI's existing profile already recorded at the NIH.
