| The final bill funding NIH for FY 2008 retains the reimbursement salary cap for NIH, AHRQ, and SAMHSA grants at Executive Level I. The Office of Personnel Management announced that for 2008, the Executive Level I salary level would rise to $ 191,300 , up $4,700 over the 2007 level of $186,600.
